As soon as a hiring manager presses the hired button in Personio, the new hire data will automatically be sent to ADP iHCM by pre-populating the fields from the Applicant Onboard form. This process allows the Payroll Manager to review and confirm the information before the employee goes through the onboarding steps in ADP. - 2.Employee Updates from Personio to ADP.
As soon as current employee data changes in Personio, the data automatically updates in ADP. Data integration ensures that all employee data needed to process payroll is up-to-date for current employees.
