Dyflexis’ workforce management software is designed for efficient personnel planning and time recording. Through our clock system, clock times and hours worked are processed directly in the system. While managers approve hours and leave requests via the app, employees view their rosters and respond to open shifts. Thanks in part to various integrations and automations, using Dyflexis is time-saving. By linking external systems to Dyflexis, administrators always have the right data at their disposal. This ensures the best possible staffing levels day in, day out.

Staff Scheduling
Flexible schedules can be created quickly with the drag-and-drop functionality. Effortlessly create online staff schedules that take into account availability, budgets, overtime and expected turnover. See at a glance who is labelled as having been trained to deal with emergencies and where such a person is still missing. After including full-timers in the schedule, open shifts can be allocated easily to students and part-timers. Any changes are clearly and immediately visible to everyone concerned.

Time and attendance tracking
In Dyflexis you will find a handy overview for time registration. The hours can be entered manually or automatically registered by the Rex-O-Matic, our own time clock. You can see the clocked times in one clear overview next to the scheduled times. The system immediately shows when more or less work has been done than planned. If necessary, you can adjust the hours to be paid on the basis of the time registration.
Recording leave
Employees can request leave in Dyflexis. The employer is then able to immediately see when an employee has requested leave and the actions that can be taken. Leave hours are automatically incorporated in the timesheet.
Time Clock System
Employees can quickly clock in and out with the Rex-O-Matic NOA. By scanning a personal card such as an debitcard or tag, starting- and end times are registered immediately. The hours can be approved or adjusted with a few button clicks.
