Sync Joiner, Mover, Leaver Events to and from iHCM and your Application Ecosystem
When an employee’s status or attributes change in either ADP iHCM or a 3rd party HCM, Aquera automatically synchronizes the changes to connected applications and 3rd party HCM changes to iHCM. Aquera also generates ITSM service tickets as needed depending on the event. When employees leave or change roles in the company, their data and accounts in connected applications are automatically updated, account access updated or revoked, payroll adjusted or stopped, and licenses reclaimed if no longer necessary. This eliminates security gaps arising from delayed removals and human error.
