Assign online assessments to employees

The basic layout depicts a list that either shows assessments, otherwise employees. An individual employee view can be expanded with more details. There is the possibility to add an assessment when picking an assessment from a list of preconfigured profiles. Moreover one can implement actions such as time bonus to provide disability compensation or adjusting the deadline for the processing. In that case, please remember to inform the candidate. If the assessment gets interupted, e.g. by techninal problems on the employee’s end, it can be unlocked using an action button.

Send Invitation Email

For employees who have assessments assigned to them, the employee view shows an assessment table. One column contains action buttons depending on the assessment status. When the status is “open” or “started”, the letter symbol can be clicked to send an email to the employee. Subject and content of the email are prefilled according to a preconfigured template but can be edited.

View the results of completed assessments

Once an employee has completed an assessment, the results are available in the assessment view and in the expanded candidate view. A report can be accessed, which shows a detailed presentation of the candidate’s score as pdf file

Export result data

The menu entry “Export data” offers a form to filter and export employee and assessment data as an excel file.

Batch download reports

Reports for specific assessments in a specific timespan can be downloaded at once, collected in a ZIP archive.

Compare employees

After selecting an assessment, employees can be added to a comparison lineup. The employee list can also be filtered. The compare selection leads to a table view and two different visualizations of the comparison.
